Theophylaktos 100 was a kommerkiarios of Chaldia; owner of two similar seals dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 2527a and b. Obv.: (a and b) cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: (a and b) Θεοφυ - [λ]ακτω κ[ο] - [μ]ερκ' Χα - [λδ]ια'. The name and title read: Θεοφυλάκτῳ κομμερκιαρίῳ Χαλδίας.
