Theodoros 199 was a disypatos; owner of a seal of uncertain date, possibly ninth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 327a. The name and title read: Θεο[δώρ]ῳ δισ[υ]πά[τ]ῳ.. . Other names could be restored, e.g. Theodotos, Theophilos, Theodosios. The reading of the seal is however not certain; cf. Winkelmann, Rangstruktur, p. 36, citing Seibt ('Dazu Seibt: "recht unsicher"').
