Kosmas 60 was a basilikos strator and protonotarios of the Thrakesianoi; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: DOSeals III 1.1. Obv.: patriarchal cross on four steps, with a circular legend reading: Κεβοηθειτωσωδουλ. Rev.: +Κοσμ' - β' στρατο - ρ' και α'νοτα - ρ' τον Θρα - κησιαν. The name and titles read: Κοσμᾷ βασιλικῷ στράτορι καὶ πρωτονοταρίῳ τον Θρᾳκησιάνων.
