Ioannes 164 was chartoularios and dioiketes; owner of a seal dateable perhaps to the ninth or tenth century: Ebersolt, "Sceaux byzantins", pp. 235-236, no. 367. Obv.: bust of the archangel Michael. Rev.: invocative formula in the name of the Lord and the legend Ἰωάννης χαρτουλάριος and διοικητής.
