Barsakios 3 was a basilikos protospatharios and strategos of Kephallenia; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals II 1.8. Obv.: patriarchal cross on three steps, with traces of an inscription round the circumference reading ...ηθιτως.δουλω. Rev.: +Βαρσα - κι β' α'σπαθα - ρ' κε στρατηγ' - Κεφ. The text of the reverse reads: Βαρσακίῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ Κεφαλληνίας. Possibly identical with Barsakios 2.
