Arsaber 3 was a dioiketes of Mitylene; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals II 51.1 = Zacos and Veglery 1731a. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Αρς. - βηρ διο. - κιτη Μητ - ιλινης. The name and title read: Ἀρσαβὴρ διοικητῇ Μιτυλήνης.
