Anonymus 540 was a spatharokandidatos and ek prosopou of Pamphylia; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the ninth century; his name is lost: Zacos and Veglery 3228. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .. - .. - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ..... - . σπαθαρο - .ανδ' και εκ π. - Παμφ'. The titles read: ... σπαθαροκανδιδάτῳ καὶ ἐκ προσώπου Παμφυλίας.
