Anonymus 81 was a kommerkiarios of the abydos of Thessalonike; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: DOSeals I 18.11. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε (or Κύριε) βοήθει with .. - σω - .. - λω in the corners. Rev.: ...μρ.. .βυδ.. Θες...ον. The title reads: κομμερκιαρίῳ τοῦ ἀβύδου Θεσσαλονίκης.
